The information is encrypted on your computer and sent directly through to ProTx as scrambled code, and decoded on their secure server which means that it cannot be read in transit. SSL is the recognised industry standard worldwide for sensitive transactions, making it safe for you to shop with a debit or credit card on the internet.

Google Analytics and advertising measurement

Updated 2 October 2026. With your permission, we use Google Analytics cookies to understand how our website is used. You can accept, decline or change optional cookies through Manage consent.

Separately, when an Opayo order is completed or its authorised payment is captured through the shop, we report its order number, product details, value, tax and shipping to Google Analytics. This limited server-side sales report also applies when analytics cookies are declined. It uses an order-specific identifier and does not include your name, email address, phone number, address, payment details or browser cookies. An order number is still a reference to a purchase; this reporting is not described as completely anonymous.

With your separate advertising permission, we may share a protected (hashed) version of your checkout email address with Google for Enhanced Conversions, to match purchases with advert interactions. Hashing changes the email into a code; it is not a guarantee of anonymity. This advertising sharing is disabled when advertising consent is declined. Enhanced Conversions will only start after setup and testing are complete.

You can change your optional cookie choices using Manage consent. For questions about order information or to exercise your data rights, please contact us through our Contact Us page. Google explains its use of information at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
